A methodology for capital investment planning that assists municipalities in selecting and prioritizing resilient, low carbon infrastructure for investment. This methodology is being produced for the World Bank and implemented by the World Bank in partnership with the Rockefeller Foundation, UN-Habitat, C40 Cities, and Bloomberg Foundation.
